Beijing Eastern Acrylic Chemical Technology Co., Ltd. (BEACT) was established in May 2000. The company is a high technology enterprise based on Chemical Industry (all China) Acrylic Serial Products Engineering Technique Center, and consisting mainly of departments such as technology research, products manufacturing and foreign trade. The company has passed GB/T19001:2000/ ISO 9001:2000 quality system certification, ISO-14001:1996 Environment Management System and GB/T28001-2001 Occupational Safety and Health Management. The company consists of one product research center and five product production and sale divisions. Our products supplies cover all over China and countries such as South Korea, Indonesia and Malaysia. The company's Research Center and Division No.1 is based on Acrylic Serial Products Research Center under the former Ministry of Chemical Industry, and it is the first unit engaged in acrylic resins research and production. The production capacity is 25,000MTA, with abundant experience in this area, and have established complete quality guarantee systems. The newly established Inspection Center of the company functions as the products and materials quality inspection. Division No.2 consists of production plants of hydroacrylates and (multi)functional acrylates, with a capacity of 3,500MTA. Division No.5 is the 2-ethylhexyl acrylate production plant, with a capacity of 30,000MTA. Division No.6 engages in distribution of chemicals in a variety of kinds and sell goods on a commission basis. With nearly 20 in number of all kinds of storage tanks in the tank yard, the biggest of which is 1,400 cubic meter. The heat preservation house has an area of 800 square meter, which can satisfy the preservation of large kinds of material. The railway track is directly lined to load and unload platform of the plant, which satisfies varieties of load and unload operation. At present, Division No.6 engages in distribution of chemicals such as MMA, ST, VAc, Ethanol, and a series of auxiliaries. The company has 201 employees, of which 30 research engineers and 60 technician.
